Before we speak, our face tells more about us, our health, our age, our lifestyle and much. Many times you can see people of age 45 but look like a 25.

Before we speak, our face tells more about us, our health, our age, our lifestyle and much. Many times you can see people of age 45 but look like a 25. All because of the face then why did you leg behind your face? Drinking plenty of water, having a healthy meal is not enough, you need to exercise if you want a good structure, reduce face fat and toned face that is enough to get anyone’s attention. What else we need, don’t we?

Face exercise to lose face fat: As every exercise begins with a warm-up or stretching, face exercise, to begin with, that. For the warm-up, two exercises are there-

  1. Sit straight, hold your shoulders with hands and lookup for 20 seconds then come to the normal position. Now more your head to the right side as much as you can for 20 seconds and do the same to the left side.
  2. Sing vowel: sing each vowel for 20 seconds by stretching yours face.

3 simple face exercise to lose face fat:

  1. Pull Air in the mouth and hold it. Now play with it. First, hold the air on the mouth as a whole for 20 seconds then relax. After that hold the air on the left side of the mouth for 20 seconds and repeat this for the right side, upper lip and lower lip as well.
  2. Fish mouth: suck your cheeks until and unless your face makes a fish-like look. Hold it for 20 seconds.
  3. Twist n turn: so here comes the simplest exercise. What you have to do is just twist your face on the right side for 20 seconds and then on the left side for another 20 seconds.

You are all done. So you can repeat these exercises as many times as you can and you will get the result soon. one thing you need to note is that you have to stretch your face but do not harm or injure it in any way. people do this by stretching unnecessary.
