The situation is getting worst with the time but life goes on. Every problem comes with a solution, this problem too. However, people have to stay motivated as this is the only key to take care of ourselves and our loved once. As time passes by every industry is affected and it will also impact lifestyle majorly. Where the sanitizer has become a part of our lives, the other products are limited to use. In this situation, taking care of oneself is important. In this crucial time, there are many things that happening are precious like people have time to be there at home with family, cooking, laughing, walking, eating together. If we talk about the positive side of it then one thing also counts that is we have immense time for self-care. So basically if you want to make most out it then give time to yourself. Enhance not only your outer beauty but inner beauty as well. There are many beauty tips out there but due to COVID19, several things are change. The beauty trend is also changed due to this. For these here, I am presented with the top 10 beauty tips for 2020 that will update your lifestyle to enhance it according to the new situations that we have to live. Beauty is something that we all feel for ourselves. You might have a different definition of beauty, mine have other and this is the reason we all have maintain the ideology of beauty. There is no specific criterion of beauty. Beauty is what we feel from inside. This is why I always say we enhance our beauty instead of things that make us beautiful. There are several things that are going to change after the lockdown. Salons are closed and the market is not open completely. So whatever the situation is self-motivation gives you the power to fight and the better version of us gives the best motivation and you all have to agree with me on this point. Don’t you? Basically the enhancement of beauty means maintaining the glow, clear face (acne is a general problem, we cannot deny it but getting rid of it by lowering the issue and), lighten the acne scars, slow down the aging, maintain the shine of hair, slow down the hair fall, keep your body healthy and so on. So for the enhancement of beauty here are top 10 beauty tips for 2020 for you:

#Tip1: Use “Homarket” product

“Homarket” is a combination of home-made and market-brought products. This year is crucial and one should not completely depend on neither home-made products nor store-bought products but should use a combination of both. Take care of your skin and hair. If we talk about the current scenario, we cannot completely dependent on the market-based products ever after august month. This is the reason we all should find some natural ways to treat our whole body. This includes our hair, face, lips, nails, and the whole body. You need to make reliance on some natural products. So some products like Aloe Vera, honey, curd, tomato, beet among others are beauty products that are multipurpose too. I am quoting the food multipurpose. For example, Aloe Vera is a miraculous product. It contains numerous minerals, vitamins and keeps skin hydrated. It restores water on hair and skin. Use Aloe Vera on hair face, hair and even your body to keep them soft and hydrated for a longer period of time. Honey works in the same way and curd do the same too. Here I am dividing the ingredients according to skin type- for oily skin: use plain Aloe Vera or curd every day on your skin and once a week on your hair. For dry skin: use honey as this is best for your skin. It moisturizes your skin. Aloe Vera is also good for them but plant Aloe Vera causes allergy to your skin. Tomato is good for you if you are looking for anti-aging treatment or want to treat your acne and acne scars. Take half tomato and massage it as a whole on your face until the tomato utilizes full. Leave it for 10 minutes and wash your face with plain water.

#Tip2: Do not overuse products

Due to lockdown, many people want to make the most out of it. Even I do think so. This is the time none will have in future and we all wish that we never see this again but yes we all are at home and we all just want to make the most of it and why not? But do not use too many products too much. The skin and hair need time to breathe and whatever we use on that. The skin cells work in a cycle as whenever the skin is injured the skin tissues and cells automatically start recovering it. The process becomes slow with the age but sometimes our habits make it slow as well. Overusing the products is one of the factors as the cells and tissues stop healing on their own. Scrubbing your skin every week is also a part of it. This will make your skin and hair worst. Use the products that are required and do not use products unnecessary. The same thing applies to hair as well. When you are doing facial, spa, or any treatment then they are meant to be done once in a month. If you are using home-made products for facial, spa, and skin/hair treatment then they are meant to be done twice a month. Not more than that. #Tip3: Maintain a healthy lifestyle

during the lockdown and after it maintain a healthy lifestyle. In the lockdown, you might be working from home, or most of the time you are free. All the gyms are closed, foods and vegetable supplies are blocked, and the sleep time has increased, most of the time stuck in online gaming and Netflix series. Most of us have stopped doing work out, started eating more oily food that is highly unhealthy. After the lockdown, there is going to be unhealthy. As many are fond of fast food and street food and after the lockdown, they are likely to rush to panipuri or macd or their favorite food court. These may result in weight gain, acne, breakouts. Instagram has become the cooking championship trophy, in that you might be cooking your favorite food that you are wanting from so long. Explore yourself, bring out your inner artist, and do whatever you deprive of because of a busy schedule. Make delicious food but you also have to maintain a balance between taste and health. Yes, you read it right. Do yoga and/or exercise every day, drink at least 10 glasses of water, do not too much eat sugar and dairy products, sleep on time, and do not stress much. I know it’s hard, really, when you are at home then these happen but you have to do for your skin, hair, and health. Relish delicious food, spend time with your loved one, enjoy games and your hobbies but also take care of your health.

#Tip4: Take morning sunbath for at least 10 minutes

We all have heard that we should not expose our skin and hair to the sun; we should cover our face, body, and hair with a cloth in order to save your skin from sun damage. There is a theory that excess sun exposure can age yours faster. Some also claim that it is not good for hair too as it takes out moisture but the truth is that sunlight is also essential for our skin, hair, and overall health. The sunlight generates the production of Vitamin D that is the crucial ingredient for our health. The crucial ingredient is because it improves brain function and even protects against cancer apart from helping muscles, lowering high blood pressure, and protecting against inflammation. So these were the health benefits, if we talk about benefits on hair then it promotes hair growth and protects against the fungus that is one of the reasons for dandruff and severe hair fall. On the skin, it heals skin disorders such as psoriasis and eczema, treats acne and fungal infection of the skin. You should take at least 10 minutes of sunbath in the morning around 9 am to be benefitted from it. The daylight is harsh, you should avoid that but morning sunlight can give you numerous benefits.

#Tip5: Beauty treatment at home

Beauty treatment at home: in this time, we all should avoid going out and exploring place even after the lockdown withdraws. Just go to the salon nearby your area but not too often that too for the necessary things like eyebrows, waxing. For facial, spa, hair treatment, and skin treatment, you can rely on home treatment. There are many products that are a life savior.
For face- make a face pack of gram flour, turmeric, honey, and curd/milk and apply on your face and neck. Let it dry, after that scrub your face by rubbing it in a circular motion and wash with the plain water. Use this face pack twice a month. This is not only a face pack but a good exfoliator as well. This removes dead skin and suntan, lightens the complexion, brightens the skin color, and brings glow on your face. Ultimately this is a complete face pack.

For hair- first, I will share with you the easiest method and my favorite hair pack as well. Use a plant Aloe Vera and make juice out of it. If your hair is too dry then mix honey and olive oil. Mix properly and apply on your hair from scalp to roots. Cover your hair with a shower cap or towel or scarf and leave it for 1 hour to 2 hours. Now wash your hair with a mild shampoo. This is the perfect hair pack cum natural conditioner. This makes hair smooth, soft, silky, and shiny.

For the body- exfoliate your body at home with the natural ingredients. Use oats flour, wheat flour/gram flour, and mix honey, rose water, and any of your favorite essential oil. Make a smooth paste and apply on your body and massage in a circular motion. This is a great exfoliator and boosts your skin texture.

#Tip6: Pamper your hand and legs as well

When it comes to home treatment, the whole focus shifted to face and hair but your body, hands, and legs also need your pamper. Do pedicure and manicure at home twice a month to make your hands and legs healthy.  Before we start, remove nail polish if you have applied.
For pedicure and manicure we are following three steps:

  1. Soak hands and legs in warm water: the first step is soaking your hands and legs in hot water, for that take 2 utensils, one for your legs and seconds for your hands. Pour hot water in that and mix sashes of shampoo, baking soda, salt, lemon (if available), olive oil, or essential oil of your choice. Now soak your hands and legs for about 20 minutes and re3lax your body.
  2. Remove dead skin from cuticles: now the second step is removing dead skin from cuticles by using a cuticle stick, if you do not have that one then use a toothpick. Be gentle while doing this. Remove dead skin beneath the nails also from the heels by using the store scrubber.
  3. Scrub: it’s time to scrub your hands and legs. Take 2-3 tablespoon coffee, ground sugar, and milk. However, there are some people who do not believe in using milk in legs then they can use rose water instead of milk. Mix well until it becomes fine paste then apply to hands and legs and massage in a circular motion. This way the dead skin will be removed and coffee tightens the skin.
  4. Massage and pack: so the fourth and final step is massage but we will apply pack as well to get better results. For massage and pack, we use the same mixture of ingredients. So for that, we need Aloe Vera to get (plant Aloe Vera get will work the best), honey, and all-purpose flour (Maida). Mix all the ingredients and apply the paste on the hands and legs. Now massage properly and then leave the paste to dry out. Once dry wash it out with cold water and apply a moisturizer of your choice. Apply nail paint of your choice and now you are all done. You can even click and post pictures of your beautiful hands and nail paint to increase likes on your profile.

#Tip7: Cure your Nails damaged due to sanitizer

The alcohol contained in the sanitizer tends to damage nails. The alcohol strip the moisture from nails that results in brittle the nails. The nails become prone to peeling and dry. The result is they start breaking easily. The problem also arises when you over apply lotion on your hands.
The treatment for this is also easy.

  1. Lemon: Cut a lemon into half and rub into your nail for about 5-10 minutes after leaving for some time. It removes the yellow stains and treats the damaged nails.
  2. Coconut oil: massage a few drops of coconut oil on the nails every day for at least a week. Its moisturizing properties keep the nails hydrated. It treats dry, brittle nails and also improves the blood circulation.
  3. Vitamin E oil: massage your nails with vitamin e oil every day keeps your nails healthy and also improves the health of cuticles too. It is a great supplement to the nails and strengthens them.

#Tip8: Get the help of massage

This year Massage is the ancient therapy for treatment not only India but several countries like traditional Greeks, Egyptians, Chinese were using massaging therapy to treat many severe diseases. They were great admirers of the therapeutic properties of massage and used it to treat a spread of ailments.
With massage therapy, the muscles and tissue of a person are kneading or manipulating to enhance their wellbeing or health. In this manual therapy that includes holding, moving, and applying pressure to the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. There are techniques and manner in this therapy of which the touch, pressure, and intensity are applied.

  3. It adds oxygen to the skin that rejuvenates the skin
  4. Reduces wrinkles, Improves complexion, and slows down the aging process.

If you are among those who have tried many beauty products just to get the glow on your skin but end up with nothing then this topic is going to be essential for you. Water does not only keeps your body hydrated but also beneficial in many ways like drinking a proper amount of water improves your digestion system, it improves the blood cells that ultimately gives a fair complexion, it brings glow on the skin, improves hair growth, helps in treating acne and lightens the acne scars, it helps in spreading minerals to blood, it also helps in treating the virginal infection, treat the cramps problem and so on.
